January 22-23, 2024 – The Hewison Private Wealth King Island Pro-Am, hosted by Air Adventure, saw 25 professionals and 75 amateurs battle it out over two days across the picturesque courses of Cape Wickham Links and Ocean Dunes Golf Course, King Island. The event, which showcased top golfing talent against the backdrop of stunning coastal scenery, was a testament to the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship, and one we were proud to sponsor.

Professional golfer James Gordon emerged victorious, displaying exceptional skill and precision to secure a memorable win. Gordon’s remarkable performance saw him fire a 3 under round of 39 points at Ocean Dunes Golf Course to secure the win at the 2024 Hewison Private Wealth King Island Pro-Am. His score of 78 points over two rounds propelled him to the top, narrowly edging out Michael Wright and Ben Ford, who finished with 77 and 74 points respectively.

The excitement of the tournament was palpable from the outset, with Michael Wright setting the pace on Day 1 at Cape Wickham Links, King Island, with a remarkable 5 under round of 41 points. However, it was James Gordon who maintained steady momentum, closely trailing behind with 39 points, followed by Ben Ford with 38 points.

The Hewison Private Wealth King Island Pro-Am offered golfers an unforgettable experience, one that our very own Andrew Hewison, Nathan Lear and Marcus English had the privilege of being a part of. Their team led by pro Michael Wright finished a very respectable sixth.
