With more than 20 years’ experience across People & Culture roles, Erin has built her career around human-centred leadership and thoughtful change. She is recognised as a steady and compassionate presence, particularly during periods of growth or challenge, and brings a calm, considered approach to leadership.

In her role at Hewison, Erin works closely with leaders across the business to strengthen engagement, develop capability and ensure people strategies align with the firm’s values and direction.
