Women in Wealth Awards Finalist 2026

Hewison Private Wealth is delighted to share that several members of our team have been named finalists in the 2026 Women in Wealth Awards, recognising the exceptional contribution of women across Australia’s financial services industry.

This year, Tess McIntosh has been named a finalist for Financial Planning Star of the Year, while Michelle Alban and Yashera Raddalgoda have both been recognised as finalists for Paraplanner of the Year. Karen Truong has also been shortlisted as a finalist in the Industry Rising Star of the Year category.

The Women in Wealth Awards celebrate leadership, innovation and excellence among women working across financial advice, investment management and professional services. Their recognition reflects the dedication, professionalism and client focus that each of these team members brings to their role at Hewison.

While the financial advice profession continues to evolve, women currently represent only around 22% of financial planners in Australia. Recognition through initiatives such as the Women in Wealth Awards plays an important role in highlighting the talented professionals helping shape the future of the industry.
