Our annual staff conference was dedicated to sharpening how we think, work and support our clients. Together, we workshopped our entire client journey from first interaction to how we nurture our long-term relationships over decades. Challenging ourselves to refine our processes, strengthen communication, and elevate the experience we deliver.

With insights from Gus Balbontin, open panel discussions reflecting on how far we’ve come as a business, and collaborative goal setting for 2026, the thinking was bold and the conversations honest.

In between strategy sessions and team presentations, we took time to connect at the stunning RACV Cape Schanck. An Italian feast and trivia night, team-building challenges, an awards evening celebrating excellence, and plenty of laughter (photo booth included).
